Alongside my residential real estate practice, I provide property management services for a select number of investment property owners throughout Vancouver.

With more than a decade of experience, I assist clients with every stage of property management, including tenant placement, tenancy compliance, maintenance coordination, rent reviews and ongoing property oversight.

My practical experience with British Columbia’s Residential Tenancy Act, rental market conditions and investment properties also provides valuable insight for buyers, sellers and investors making long-term real estate decisions.

To ensure every client receives a high level of personal service, I accept a limited number of new property management assignments each year.
