CURV, a 60-storey residential tower designed in partnership with Henson Group, is set to redefine luxury and urban sophistication at the high point of downtown Vancouver on Nelson Street, between Burrard and Thurlow Streets. It will be Brivia Group's first residential tower in Vancouver, and a one-of-a-kind addition to the city's dynamic West End neighbourhood. World-renowned architect Tom Wright, who is best known for designing the seven-star hotel Burj Al Arab in Dubai, has designed CURV, making it the first project of its kind in North America.

When completed, CURV will not only be Vancouver's tallest luxury residence but also the world's tallest Passive House design, boasting unparalleled energy efficiency. The Passive House standard is recognized globally for its ability to reduce energy consumption and emissions, using only a fraction of the heating and cooling energy required by traditional residential towers.
